Performance Outdoor Products wants to be your preferred supplier. We offer manufacturer-direct pricing and free freight on
orders over $300. With a huge on-hand inventory, we can meet your parts needs with quick delivery and superior fill-rates.
Ordering
We highly recommend ordering through our easy-to-use website, but you can also call in or fax orders.
- Most orders received by 3:30 PM “EST” (no later) will ship the same day.
- Please use our part numbers when ordering and clearly state quantity ordered.

* Freight policy applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Kawasaki Engines and Power
Equipment, Kohler and Honda engines, tires and 2 & 4 cycle oil do not quality for paid freight. Unless noted,
equipment is charged actual freight.
- Residential handling fees may also apply if applicable (this fee is charged by FedEx and UPS).
- All shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and some parts of Canada will be shipped SECOND DAY AIR and
FREIGHT COLLECT.
- Performance Outdoor Products does not pay freight on customer requested NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY AIR, and
THREE-DAY GROUND SELECT.

Back Orders
We strive to ship every order complete. However, items are occasionally temporarily out of stock
- Back-ordered items that total $15.00 or more will ship at our expense as soon as they are available
- Back-orders less than $15.00 will ship with your next order.
- After 60 days, unfilled backorders will automatically cancel.

Credit Card Account – MASTERCARD, VISA , Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted.
Shipping Is Easy
Most orders are shipped complete via FedEx Ground. If weight restrictions warrant, we will ship by one of several truck
lines serving us daily. Merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be noted on the freight bill and reported to the carrier
and Performance Outdoor Products within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Any package you suspect is damaged should
be reported on the freight bill. Simply sign the bill and note “Package is damaged.” Shipping containers must be retained for
carrier inspection.
Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Guaranteed Goods – All of our products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. Full replacement
guarantee is made to the original purchaser for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not
apply to any product that malfunctioned due to improper installation, misuse or negligence. If you should receive a defective
part, notify our office immediately. It may be necessary to return for manufacturer inspection any part that does not function
properly.
Returned Goods Policy
The merchandise must be in new and saleable condition. Obsolete or discontinued merchandise cannot be returned.
Obsolete or discontinued merchandise is defined as merchandise that does not appear in the current catalog or price sheet.
Approved returns must be shipped prepaid and must be accompanied by the invoice number and date of order.
Errors/Discrepancies
All errors and discrepancies …billing, shipping, pricing, shortages, etc… must be reported within 15 days of receipt. A 15%
restocking fee will be assessed on all returns that are not Performance Outdoor Products error
Merchandise to be returned due to Performance Outdoor Products error will be issued a FedEx call tag.
Pricing
Performance Outdoor Products makes every effort to offer competitive prices and to maintain pricing for the life of the
catalog. In the instance when a price does change, Performance reserves the right to make that change without notice.
